SK Professional Wedding Cake Diploma course

Last week, I attend SK wedding course at ICCA, Kota Damansara. Thanks to my mom for sponsoring me to attend this course. =) I had so much fun when I'm doing this course. Eventhough it's a bit tiring, but the most important is, i've got lots of things that i learnt during the course.

Here are some of the photos that i managed to snap. Because most of the time, we are so busy with the tasks that we've assigned to do.

I was having so much playing and moulding all this cute fondant. Pn. Nor Ashikin, TNB has ordered this rainbow square cake with garden theme design. She wanted 2 white cats on the cake for her daughter's birthday. I think Sarah must have love cats so much =)

This will be my 1st attempt in doing this kind of cake. I enjoy baking and decorating them so much.

I really hope Pn. Ashikin and her daughter will loves it too.

Baby has ordered this sweet and pretty cupcakes for her brother's wedding last Friday. She wanted the same flowers like she had ordered before. But this time around i gave a lil bit twist of that design. The theme was pink and grey. So here are final results. Thanks again Baby for the unstoppable orders =) Glad u loves it. =))

Does this rings a bell in u? Yes dearies, it's Naruto cartoon character and the whole team. I moulding Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi and Sakura. But none of them looks like it kan?=D

Cheerleader

Aisya dearest text me later this evening. She asked me whether i can do cheerleading cupcakes or not. I told her that i have never done any of the theme before, but i can make one for her. She also asked me wat am i gonna put on top of those cupcakes. I told her that am gonna put pom2, skirts, girls doing the cheer. And she replied, "i trust u". The most powerful words that was so indescribable when knowing that my customer is actually believe and trust in what am i going to do.

When i was googling theme for cheerleading, i discover this design. I showed to her, and she agreed with that design. So, here it is, my very 1st design of cupcakes to be decorated like this.

Aisya is waiting for me to see the final product. When i MSN to her the pics, she was in auwwww. She likes and loves it so much. Hope ur sis will love it too. =)

Penguins theme

'Po' ordered this yesterday. He wanted to surprise his girl with cute cupcakes. He asked me what's the best design that can bring back the smile of his love one. I suggested the newly done penguins theme, but with a lil twist from the previous one. And he's ok with it.

So just now i deliver the cuppies to Azira, in Ministry of Health in Putrajaya. The 1st thing that I noticed was, she smiles. =)

Later Po i text Po, whether they are both ok or not. and he replied, "trus ok dah". aren't they just so sweet? I hope both of u likes those cupcakes, and penguins too. =))

This actually my 1st attempt in moulding a penguin. And i found that they are super cute. Dont u think so? =)

This was actually a gift for a friend. So i decided to make something different. Hence, here 'born' the penguins =D
